I don't know if this is a bug or a feature request, but when I tried to create a Vorbis comment (FLAC tag) using the Filename to Tag feature, the resulting field name was TRACK. That is, the tag becomes TRACK=filename. This is undesirable, as TRACK can also be interpreted at the track number by anyone looking at the tags.
It seems to me that one should be able to choose a different field name for the resulting tag, like this: FILENAME=filename "d2b" -------------------- Dennis Brunnenmeyer

Are you talking about Convert > Filename - Tag ?
Then just enter whatever field name you want the filename to be imported. I.e. %title% imports the filename to the title tag. -------------------- |
