You can overwrite the default action on double clicks at Options > Tools. Just add a new tool for your browser and select it from the drop-down list.

I think nobody really understands what you mean. Do you want to create HTML files which play files inside the browser when clicking on a music link, or do you want to open your audio files inside the browser when double clicking on a file from Mp3tag's file list?

Nu inteleg exact ce vrei sa spui. Vrei sa generezi un fisier HTML care sa contina linkuri catre fisiere audio si cand apesi pe un link sa iti cante browserul, sau vrei ca Mp3tag sa iti deschida browserul atunci cand faci dublu-click pe un fisier din lista (in loc sa deschide Winamp sau ce ai tu definit ca player)?

Vreau sa generez un fisier HTML care sa contina linkuri catre fisiere audio si cand apesi pe un link sa iti cante browserul. - exact este ceea ce doresc eu, dar sa nu fiu dependent de quick time (adica de un program instalat separat) ci sa fie facut in java sau altceva, dar oricum sa nu depinda de altceva decat de browser.

Sper ca acum m-am facut inteles

OK... For others: he wants to generate a HTML file that links to audio files and when clicking on a link, he wants the browser to play those files without the need of a third-party application or plugin (such as QuickTime).

Internet Explorer 6 for example has a media player built-in if I recall correctly, but of course, this works for IE only. What you could do is try embedding the media player plugin which should be available on most systems.
