Suggestions for improvement:

1) Correct the changelog's omission of the Actions (Quick) addition.

2) Given Actions (Quick) is missing from menus, add it to the Actions menu

3) Change http://help.mp3tag.de/options_format.html "Quick Action toolbar button" to the correct name "Actions (Quick) toolbar button".

4) Make Actions (Quick) retain action type selection.

Note: What the Actions menu lists are Action groups, not actions.
